Carefully selected from Vogelzang (47%), Grassini (30%), Grimm’s Bluff (21%) and Two Wolves (2%), this wine shows the true excellence of the Happy Canyon appellation, as it displays beautiful ripeness and dramatic fruit flavors held aloft by fabulous acidity, minerality, and a dash of fresh herbs and spices. The balance and complexity are what we love about Happy Canyon. Floral notes, spices, fresh fruits and minerals dance across the nose and palate, sharing seemingly equal billing as the mind contemplates them all individually, and as a whole, over the long, delicious finish.
